As Jod, I should be able to schedule rate increase on a single job. System should know:

• increment by how much
• should increment be covered by Jod
• If covered by Jod, SOA should report the original rate without increment covered by Jod

As Org, I should easily create multiple slots for a job

• Each slot can have different timings
• 1 slot can only be fulfilled by 1 Gig User.
